"Very nice Hotel all staff very very good and helpful they all speak English Arabic and Urdu inshallah next Ramadan I will again stay there very Good Hotel Bus service Driver very good they also Speak English Bus always park out side Haram on same Location and Driver make sure all hotel guest get in Bus then they take us back to the hotel after Tarabie I leave be this hotel is in one of the Best area in Makkah main road only five minute from Haram by driving thanks to all staff and Hotel management"
"A welcoming staff & management. Great location on main rd. Taxi available 15sr to haram. Bus stop 2min walk. 4sr per journey. haram = 3 stops you can go to do ziyarah. Local supermarket. Turkish, Malaysian & Pakistani restaurant v.close few mins walk. Multiple masjid locally & masjid floor in hotel. Restaurant floor in hotel. No food served. Vending machine in reception . WiFi available . Barber & ice cream shop outside. They had a shuttle to haram during ramadhan"
